18067017 Taq DNA Polymerase PCR Buffer (10X), (2x1mL/box)

Taq DNA Polymerase PCR Buffer is a 10X buffer supplied with 1 mL of 50 mM MgCl₂. It is included with Platinum Taq, Taq, and the SuperScript First-Strand Synthesis System for RT-PCR. This buffer includes 200 mM Tris HCl (pH 8.4) and 500 mM KCl. It is available here to supplement kits where additional buffer may be needed based on protocol variations.
