Corning® BioCoat™ Fibronectin Cellware is made with a coating of Human Fibronectin (HFN). HFN can be used as a substrate that promotes cell attachment. This is possible thanks to the central-binding domain RGD sequence associated with these glycoproteins. HFN is harvested from mesenchymal and epithelial cells found in the ECM and plasma.
