New England Biolabs PNGase F (Glycerol-free)

New England Biolabs PNGase F (Glycerol-free) is an amidase used to remove high-mannose, hybrid and complex N-linked oligosaccharides from glycoproteins. Its glycerol-free formulation is intended for glycoprotein analysis by HPLC and mass spectrometry and may be used under native or denaturing conditions. The enzyme is supplied at 500,000 units/mL in 15,000-unit and 75,000-unit sizes, together with the required reaction buffers.
