The paddle scrapers are available in two grades of firmness: The stiff scraper is ideal for stirring turbulence or scraping baked-on food stuffs, preparation of foods, etc. Nylon blade withstands heat up to 300F (148.9C). The soft blade model conforms to contours in kettles, vats and other large containers. Polyethylene blade withstands heat up to 150F (65.6C).
